The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities are a top priority for all of us at Apex Waste. We recognize the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is evolving rapidly, and we are continuously evaluating the situation to ensure we can continue to provide superior service and support to our customers.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation to make sure we’re doing the right thing for the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities. Our number one priority is safety, and that is at the forefront of every decision we make.
Currently, we are maintaining our usual collection schedules. We’ll post schedule changes on our Facebook page and our website.
As a solid waste collection company, we provide an essential service for communities across our service area, and like the police and fire departments, we have permission to continue to operate in circumstances like these to help protect and serve the public.
We are closely monitoring developments to ensure we address issues quickly, effectively and – most importantly – safely. This includes continuing to follow advice given by health experts, government officials, and following guidance from the CDC.
Our staff is working hard to make sure things go as smoothly as possible during these uncertain times. Our office staff may be working shorter hours as needed to reduce interaction and ensure social distancing. If you have to leave a message with our answering service please know we will be back with as soon as we can! Emails are being monitored closely as well to make sure we are answering any and all questions.
